2 · Local Folder Watcher & Auto Sync
Link your existing MIDI / GP folder once and your MP3 folder once. Put Guitar Pro files in the same folder you already use for MIDI — no separate GP folder is needed. While Drumello Admin is open, Library keeps rescanning them, attaches matching files to the correct catalogue songs, and automatically runs sync when all required fields are present.

Link the MIDI / GP folder to import charts and run Chart ↔ Original sync. The MP3 folder is optional and is only needed for Original ↔ Drumless alignment.
The MP3, MIDI and Guitar Pro files stay on this PC. GP files belong in the same linked MIDI / GP folder. Browser security means folder watching only runs while Drumello Admin is open. Chrome/Edge can remember the selected folder handles between visits.

VERIFY · AUTO STOPPED means the saved map is frozen while you check it. VERIFIED · AUTO STOPPED is also frozen. Only RESYNC / SYNC ALL explicitly reopens automatic processing. A saved manual BAR GRID correction counts as a valid Stage 1 and will never be replaced just because it has fewer than two Original anchors.
